Case Studies


CLANMILL KITCHEN SCHEME

The works comprised the complete refurbishment of kitchens and replacement of consumer units, smoke heat and CO detectors for 60 occuplied dwellings. Many of the dwellings were contained within blocks of flats therefore maintaining access for all tenants at all times was pertinent as was the protection of the public during the execution of works.

TURFLODGE EXTERNAL CYCLICAL MAINTENANCE

184 No. addresses included within this ECM scheme with the dwellings comprising 3, 4 & 5 bedroom 2-storey houses and 1 bedroom single storey bungalows.
Included was works to chimneys, roofing, fascia, soffit & barge boards, rainwater goods & drainage, external doors & frames, redecoration, garden/screen walls, paths & paved areas, timber fencing, fuel bunkers and close lines.

CARRICK HILL HOSTEL 
MULTI-ELEMENT IMPROVEMENT

The holistic refurbishment and rationalisation of an existing hostel property to provide 3 No. dwelling houses.
